Who it’s for

Owners, operators, consultants, and marketing or operations staff who need a clear picture of a business, their own or a client's, without weeks of manual digging. You learn the complete method used on real client audits: scope the audit to the owner's goal, review how customers find the business from the outside, review the systems behind it with view-only access, map where the owner's time goes, and turn the findings into a priority list, an automation and AI plan, and a 90-day roadmap. You run it with Claude Code, a browser the AI can drive, skills for search, ads, and analytics, and read-only connections to tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, the CRM, and accounting software. Build Your Own AI Assistant is required first: this program starts from the AI workstation you set up there. Putting the fixes in place is covered in AI Operations, Digital Marketing Operations, and the advertising programs. A formal coding background is not required.

What you’ll be able to do

  • Scope an audit around the owner's goal, and agree in writing what is reviewed, what access is needed, and what stays private
  • Set up an audit workspace: Claude Code, a browser the AI can drive, skills for search, ads, and analytics, and a knowledge base for each business
  • Review how customers find the business from the outside: search results, map listings and reviews, the website on a phone, social pages, directories, and competitors
  • Connect to the systems behind the business with view-only access, such as ad accounts, the CRM, and accounting software, and find wasted spend and information typed twice
  • Map where the owner's and the team's time goes, and rank the tasks worth automating or handing to AI by hours saved
  • Verify every AI finding against its source, then deliver a plain-English report: scorecard, priority list, automation and AI plan, and a 90-day roadmap
