Everything employers ask before training a team. Still stuck? Get in touch.
Programs & learning
What will my team actually be able to do after training? +
Each program builds genuine, job-ready capability - running modern marketing, building automations, and using AI tools confidently and safely at work. Learning is hands-on, with exercises based on your own business, and competency is confirmed with a graded assessment.
Who are the programs for? +
Owners, managers, and front-line staff at B.C. businesses who want their team to master practical marketing, automation, and AI skills, so they can lead the work and make confident decisions. No technical background is assumed for foundational programs.
Do you offer training tailored to my industry? +
Yes. We tailor programs for trades and home services, health and wellness, real estate, and professional services, and we can customise a session for any team.
Which CRM or tools do you teach? +
We teach transferable skills - pipelines, automation, advertising, and AI tools - that apply across platforms. Hands-on work is demonstrated on common tools (for example GoHighLevel, Make.com, Google, and Meta), with the skills transferring to whatever your business uses.
Delivery & logistics
How is the training delivered? +
In-person, on-site at your location, with hands-on exercises based on your own business and tools. Sessions are short and focused - most run 3 to 6 hours - and scheduled around your team’s working hours.
How many people can take part? +
Programs are run for small groups. Most are priced per participant with a minimum group size; the per-program details are on each course page.
Do participants get a certificate? +
Yes. Every participant who completes a program and its hands-on assessment receives a Brydge Academy certificate of completion. These recognise practical skills; they are not academic degrees.
Pricing & funding
How much do programs cost? +
Programs are priced per participant, plus tax, and range from $500 to $997 per person. Full pricing - including estimated cost after the Employer Training Grant - is on our Pricing page.
Is funding available? +
Yes - eligible B.C. employers can recover up to 80% of tuition through the B.C. Employer Training Grant, to a maximum of $10,000 per participant per fiscal year. The employer applies directly; we provide the outlines, costs, and instructor details you need.
Who applies for the grant - us or Brydge Academy? +
The employer applies directly through the B.C. Skills Training Grants System using a Business BCeID. Training providers cannot apply on an employer’s behalf, but we guide you through the process.
Credentials & eligibility
Is Brydge Academy a registered or accredited institution? +
Our programs are intentionally kept under 40 instructional hours and under $4,000 tuition, which places them outside mandatory certification by the Private Training Institutions Regulatory Unit (PTIRU). We hold ourselves to the same quality standards - clear outcomes, qualified instructors, and a hands-on assessment. See our Credentials page for full disclosures.
Who can be funded as a participant? +
Participants must be Canadian citizens, permanent residents, or protected persons, and employed by the applicant (or an unemployed individual the employer plans to hire).
