AI Operations
Build an AI assistant that runs your recurring work, connects to your systems, and keeps working while you sleep.
Two ways to take it
Essential
The complete program in a focused session: the same hands-on training, assessment, and certificate of completion, compressed into .
≈ $0 / person after ETG
Full
4-6 hours
The same content and certificate, with more guided practice time on your own tools and workflows.
$3,000 + tax
≈ $600 / person after ETG
Flat price for the session. ETG reimburses up to 80% for eligible employers.
Who it’s for
Owners, operators, and staff in any business carrying repetitive document, data, or administrative work. Covers more ground than a single-topic session, at one flat price whether you attend alone or bring the team. We start from a clean setup, so a formal coding background is not required, but you should be comfortable working on a computer.
What you’ll be able to do
- Build and run a complete AI workstation: VS Code, Claude Code, Python, and the supporting toolkit
- Turn your recurring work into reusable skills and commands that produce consistent output
- Connect the assistant to your own systems and data through MCP integrations
- Automate browser-based work that has no API, using Playwright
- Run scheduled jobs unattended, so routine work happens without you starting it
- Apply guardrails and review steps so nothing consequential is sent or changed without approval
Curriculum
- 01
The AI workstation
Install and configure VS Code, Claude Code, Python, and the extensions that tie them together.
- 02
Skills, commands & prompt patterns
Turn the work you repeat every week into reusable skills that produce reliable, consistent results.
- 03
MCP & connecting your systems
Connect the assistant to your CRM, files, and applications so it works with your real data.
- 04
Browser automation
Use Playwright to automate portals and web tools that offer no integration of their own.
- 05
Scheduled & unattended work
Set recurring jobs to run on their own, and know what to check when they do.
- 06
Guardrails, review & safe operation
Approval gates, safe defaults, and deciding what the assistant must never do without you.
Assessment & certificate
A private on-site session with one seat per computer. Competency is confirmed through a hands-on assessment: each participant builds a working skill that produces correct output from supplied inputs, and configures one scheduled job that runs unattended, both assessed against a published checklist. Certificate of completion provided.
