BA Brydge Academy

For Childcare

AI training for childcare owners, directors and administrators

A childcare centre runs on paperwork as much as play: waitlist enquiries, enrolment packages, parent newsletters, handbook and policy updates, fee and closure notices. We train the people who run the centre to build their own AI assistant and hand it the drafting, in person at your centre, with children’s information kept out of it.

In-person · on-site ETG-eligible

Challenges we hear from childcare teams

The waitlist inbox fills up faster than anyone can answer it

Newsletters, handbook updates and policies get written after closing

Enrolment packages, fee notices and reminders are retyped every term

Families need updates in more than one language

What your AI assistant takes on

  1. 01

    Enquiries and the waitlist

Draft replies to tour and waitlist enquiries in your centre’s voice, and keep a clean record of who asked, when, and for which age group.

  2. 02

    Parent newsletters

Turn the week’s notes into a newsletter draft, then a translated version for families who read another language. You approve every word.

  3. 03

    Handbook and policies

Update the parent handbook and policies when fees, hours or rules change, and keep one current version instead of five.

  4. 04

    Forms and notices

Prepare enrolment packages, fee and closure notices, and reminders from templates you set up once.

  5. 05

    Memos and meetings

Draft staff memos, meeting agendas and notes, and summaries of long documents from the Ministry or your licensing officer.

  6. 06

    Privacy first

Children’s names, photos, health and custody details stay out of the assistant. We agree the rules with you before anything is connected.

Frequently asked questions

Who is this training for?

The people who run the centre: owners, directors, managers and office staff. It covers the admin side of the business, not classroom practice. The grant funds training that is relevant to each participant’s job, so it is built for the people who do this work.

Do we need technical skills?

No coding background is needed, but participants should be comfortable on a computer. We set everything up with you on-site, one seat per computer. Each participant needs their own laptop with at least 16 GB of RAM.

Can the B.C. Employer Training Grant pay for it?

A childcare business or non-profit that has operated in B.C. for at least a year can apply, and the grant reimburses up to 80% of the cost. The same costs can’t be claimed twice, so if another government program already pays for this training, the grant won’t.

What does the centre end up with?

A working AI assistant set up around your centre’s real admin, the skills to run and extend it, and a certificate of completion for each participant. The Full program adds 7 days of follow-up help after the session.

Where and when does it happen?

In person at your centre or office, scheduled around your hours, for example after closing.

Up to 80% of tuition may be funded

Eligible B.C. employers can recover up to 80% of training costs through the Employer Training Grant. We’ll help you map a program to your team, and to funding.
